Young Adult Therapy
You've always been the capable one. The one who figures it out, gets it done, holds it together. On paper, things look fine, maybe even good.
But lately you're running on empty. The anxiety is louder than it used to be. You're doing all the right things and still feel stuck, or restless, or quietly like you're falling behind some standard you can't quite name. You understand yourself well, but you still haven't been able to turn that insight into actual change.
That's the work I do with young adults: not more self-awareness, but what to do with the awareness you already have.
Together we might look at the anxiety that's outgrown your usual ways of managing it, the perfectionism running quietly underneath, the transitions that keep coming: leaving home, finishing school, starting a career, figuring out who you are when the next milestone isn't already mapped out for you. The point isn't to hand you coping skills and send you off. It's to understand what's driving it all and help you build a life that actually feels like yours.
I offer in-person therapy on the Upper East Side and virtually across New York, Connecticut, and Florida.
