I work with teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and overwhelming transitions like starting high school or college.

My approach combines warmth with structure. Using evidence-based treatments such as DBT and CBT, I help teens understand their emotions, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful change. Each session is collaborative and paced to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll identify patterns that keep you stuck and develop strategies to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I offer in-person therapy at my office on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and virtually across New York, Connecticut, and Florida.
