Therapy for Adults
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and periods of transition. Many of the adults I work with are managing significant responsibilities at work, in relationships, or within their families while feeling uncertain, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
My approach combines warmth with structure. I help clients understand their emotional patterns, build practical coping skills, and develop steadier ways of responding to stress. Therapy is a collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and work toward meaningful change.
Our work often focuses on managing anxiety, improving emotion regulation, navigating relationship challenges, and clarifying next steps during times of change. Sessions are paced to meet you where you are, with an emphasis on building insight, confidence, and sustainable tools over time.
I offer in-person therapy at my office on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and virtually across New York, Connecticut, and Florida.
